What’s in it and why:
Aqua (Water) The base of every skincare formula. Water provides the right texture and helps distribute all other ingredients optimally across the skin.
Potassium Olivate (Potassium salt of olive oil fatty acids) The heart of every true saponified Castile soap, made from pure olive oil. It cleanses the skin gently without stripping it of its natural moisture, and is rich in fatty acids that deeply nourish and protect the skin, leaving it irresistibly silky soft.
Glycerin (Glycerol) A powerful yet gentle moisturiser. Glycerin attracts moisture from the air and locks it into the skin, keeping it supple and hydrated even after showering.
Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Peel Oil (Sweet Orange Peel Oil) Pure essential oil from sweet orange peel. Provides a cheerful, fresh and uplifting spa scent, and has naturally antiseptic and energising properties. Also great for a radiant complexion.
Citrus Limon Peel Oil (Lemon Peel Oil) Essential oil from lemon peel. Refreshes and purifies the skin, has a mildly cleansing effect and adds a bright, crisp note to the formula that awakens the senses.
Cedrus Atlantica Wood Oil (Atlas Cedar Wood Oil) Derived from the wood of the Atlas cedar tree. This warm, woody essential oil adds a grounding depth to the spa scent and has calming and balancing properties. A perfect counterpoint to the fresh citrus notes.

This careful, slow process ensures a thoroughly saponified, pure and gentle soap that retains all the nourishing properties of olive oil, just as it has been made for generations.
