About These Terms
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the Can Hippie online shop at www.canhippie.com, operated by Carmen Melissa van der Hooft, NIF X5487120X, registered address: Camino Diseminados 115, 46838, Benicolet, Valencia, Spain.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records, as required by Article 27 LSSI-CE.

Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Can Hippie reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions at any time. Product photographs are as representative as possible; slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration.
Our skincare products are formulated for external use only. Full ingredient lists (INCI) are displayed on each product page and on product packaging in accordance with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. If you have a known skin allergy or skin condition, please review the ingredient list carefully or consult a dermatologist before purchasing.

Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable Spanish VAT (IVA) as required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately and confirmed at checkout before any payment is taken.

Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. We never store your card details; all transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways operating independently of our servers.

Order Process
Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the address provided. This email constitutes acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is formally concluded when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund within 14 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events. Can Hippie is not liable for delays beyond our control once the order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal — 14-Day Returns
Under Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, TRLGDCU, Article 102), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order, without needing to provide any reason.
How to exercise this right
Contact us at info@canhippie.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your intention to return. You may also use the standard EU model withdrawal form — available on request or downloadable below. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by email.
Return conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
- Skincare products that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene and health-protection reasons (Article 103(e) TRLGDCU), unless the product is defective or was incorrectly sent
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or was sent in error
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound shipping cost you paid — within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 103 TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons. This applies to our skincare products once opened.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@canhippie.com, including your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue. We will arrange a free return collection and offer you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
All products carry a 2-year legal guarantee in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and Spanish consumer law.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. You have the right to request a formal complaints form (hoja de reclamaciones) as required by Spanish consumer law — please request one by email and we will provide it.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Spanish law. For disputes involving consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules shall apply and the competent courts will be those of the consumer’s place of residence. For disputes between businesses, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Benicolet, Spain.
